Change Grow Live - Spectrum Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services is a free and confidential service that offers support to anyone that is struggling with drug and alcohol misuse and addiction. 

Providing a safe and welcoming space for anyone who would like to discuss their drug or alcohol usage during sexual activity, along with harm minimising advice and exchange packs to help people play safe, CGL hosts a drop-in service, held within our Stevenage and Watford clinics on alternating Thursday's, during Clinic U. Dates and locations of sessions can be found below.
